Savannah Street Study, Georgia

$580.00

If you’ve read Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil, then you have a sense of the space and place in Savannah, Georgia. The late-night drinking, the yard glasses along the street at 2 AM, the Spanish moss that waves about on all of the trees and stonework, the cemeteries that tell a different story than what the tours show you, in a city like this you wish the walls could talk. I found these three green doored ports along an old building and loved them as soon as I saw them. The layers peeled back, painted over, and resurfaced. I would sit and listen to the stories on this block.
