Salt Flats Telco Posts, Utah

There is a stretch of road that follows the old train tracks across from the Bonneville Salt Flats. It is covered in potholes, pavement heaves, and stretches where the road is just simply no more. And the scenery is just as confusing as it rides the wave of looking reminiscent of an old beach, a drive-in theater parking lot, and a barren dump. Add to that the amazing technology of drone photography and the landscape becomes something else - texture, lines, and shadows. Here, two old telephone poles streak shadows along the tire marked dust and dirt.
